If installing in Canada, this portion of the install requires full shutdown of the main panel.
Energy Monitor and CT Install
Locate the electrical panels
Safely remove the exterior cover, following established safety protocols.
Install current transformers on each circuit to be monitored
Plug each current transformer into the energy monitor module, labeling each in the mobile app
Install power cord for energy monitor
Black to Power
Remaining to Neutral
Verify power light is lite on energy monitor.
Record circuit used to power energy monitor in mobile app and label on panel schedule
Click on the Energy Monitor (ePod) showing in the install app.
Ensure that the correct panel is programmed in app: WYE or Delta (208-480) or single phase.
Secure all wires in clean and orderly fashion
Install the proper CT based on the circuit voltage
Slot “0” is only used for monitoring mains 150 single CT
