Adding Devices in the Install App

This video goes over the steps to add devices, such as gateways or thermostats, in the SiteSage Install App to ensure a customer’s site is fully operational.

 

  1. Open the Sage install app.

  2. Locate the specific site you want to add a device to.

  3. Click on the "Add Device" button.

  4. Select the type of device you are adding.

  5. Fill in the serial number and assign a name to the device as prompted.

  6. Note that the information required may vary depending on the type of device.

  7. For energy monitors, additional details such as panel type and phase type will be requested.

  8. Answer any other questions presented based on the specific device being installed.
