ConnectWare is a set of versatile, plug-and-play communications modules designed to enable equipment in restaurants, retailers, and other facilities to connect to the Cloud. Powerhouse Dynamics developed ConnectWare to take the burden and expense of communications support from the OEMs and provide a consistent yet flexible method that enables their equipment to communicate.

ConnectWare modules simply plug into a factory-installed ConnectWare Dock; no installation required.

ConnectWare can communicate with equipment via any of four different types of physical serial communications protocols. It then securely processes the messages to the cloud by either a 2.4G Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

ConnectWare is an open environment.  As a default, ConnectWare connects equipment to Open Kitchen®, the leading connected equipment platform used by Food Service and Retail but can be easily redirected to any cloud platform as required by the customer.
