Open Kitchen Message Specification
Open Kitchen Message Specification
This specification defines OpenKitchen Message (OKM) syntax and semantics. OKMs are exclusively used to transfer information between OpenKitchen Equipment (OKE) and the OpenKitchen Cloud (OKC).
OKMs are vendor extensible, memory and processing efficient, integrity checked, and provide standard base functionality across all platforms.
The OKM Specification is implemented as part of the ConnectWare Library (CWL). This library should be used by OKE vendors to minimize the development effort and risk associated with implementing OpenKitchen compatibility.
