History

This tab consists of 3 widgets. The Performance widget is a customizable chart that will show how different parameters of your equipment change over time. Select the three dots in the upper right of the widget to change what values are shown. It’s a powerful diagnostic tool that may be especially helpful when working with a technician to perform maintenance on your equipment. Hovering your cursor over a section of the chart will show you what the exact values we received at that particular time were. The example below is from a Follett ice machine.

For the State Change History widget, it will record and display records when a particular parameter is changed. The parameters you want it to display must be set using the three dots in the upper right of the widget before it will begin recording records.

The 90-Day Alert Summary gives a brief overview of alert history related to the equipment. The alerts need to be configured in the Admin – Alerts section before this section will begin accumulating records.
