Snapshot

The Snapshot is a summary of the situation at the location. You can reveal or hide any of the available widgets via the Manage Widgets button on the far right. If you choose to change which widgets are visible, you can select “Set as Default” to have that layout apply to all locations you view. You can also rearrange the widgets as you see fit, but you will need to reopen the Manage Widgets popup and select “Set as Default” for it to apply to other locations.

Many widgets will have three dots stacked vertically in the upper right corner. Clicking on these dots will let you change what appears in the widgets or remove it from view. The options available will vary depending on what equipment you have connected. Notes for some of the widgets are included below.

  • Current Issues: Displays any active alerts that apply to this location or its associated equipment.

  • Issues Past 7 Days: Shows any alerts that have triggered for the last 7 days and highlights times when the alerts were active.

  • Issues Past 30 Days: Consists of a list of all alerts that triggered in the last 30 days. Clicking on an alert will display additional information related to possible causes, suggested troubleshooting steps, and other items such as charts when available.

  • Current Readings: Displays a list of different parameters for equipment associated with the site. Please use the three dots in the upper right to customize what is shown.

  • Key Indicators: Similar to Current Readings, but it will display the information as a gauge/range instead of only displaying the current value.

  • Location Notes: This is just a note field widget for users to record anything that would be helpful to reference later. It can also store photos.

  • Network Connection Status: This widget will display whether or not your Secure Access Point is online and indicate the last timestamp we’ve received when this page was last refreshed.

  • Training Documents: Any documents stored in the Admin – Account – Training Documents section will be available for viewing here. This helps users who do not have access to the Admin section get access to files related to their location or equipment.
