Automated messages to emails, cell phones, and/or the mobile app are configured in this section under Admin functions. There is some complexity related to configuring and customizing alerts to best handle your use case, so please read each section carefully.  

Note: The Escalations section is not utilized for the Connected Equipment program at this time.
