Spotlight

The Open Kitchen Spotlight is a great way to view the status of multiple locations at a glance. You can isolate by alert color (set in the Alerts section), particular issues, or just view all locations with or without active alerts. The Display Filters adjust the map and table to show only the items selected across your enterprise. The Manage Filters selection on the right side of the screen further breaks down the types of issues that will appear.

The table toward the bottom of the page gives extra insight into specific locations. It can be customized to suit your individual needs beyond the options listed above.

Location: click on the name in blue to be directed to the location’s page

Equipment: click on the equipment name to be directed to the equipment’s page

Current Issues: see the alert that is currently active

7 Day History: view how many of the past 7 days the alert has been active (each day will appear in a yellow block if the alert is active and will be in a white block if inactive)

Troubleshooting: click to view troubleshooting tips and possible causes for the alert

Group Columns: assists in grouping issues by factors such as state, country, or region

Columns: enables the ability to change which set of location information you wish to view in this table

Export: enables a download of the table in PDF or Excel format
