Communicate w/ PhD on timing of visit
Validate all hardware is available to technician and sufficient spare stock
Verify installer has the following paper documents – leave behind document, floorplan layout
Make sure you have downloaded the SiteSage Install App
ARRIVAL
Arrive on site
Check in to site via Open Kitchen Install Mobile App
Need to Sign in the installer app on your phone.
Page should show “Select Location” on top and you will have a drop down of customers.
You need to tap the carrot on the right to get a list of customers. Select the customer's name and tap “Confirm” button.
In the search bar enter the store name or number - the store should show below. Tap the location and confirm you are on site. The Main install page will show.
Use the green “+ add Device” to add equipment to location and upload photos to the app.
Check in with MOD or gain access to location via security / lockbox (depending on customer preference)
Walk location, identify install locations
Verify access to electrical panels and rooftop (if required), inspect panels for safety concerns (water, traffic, stacked product / boxes, etc.)
If you are installing overnight, access will be one of the following:
Lockbox (code will be provided)
Lock-in (meet the MOD on site and upon close installer stays inside location)
Guarded (Security guard on site to provide access)
Site supervisor/GC – Please note name in notes
