\uD83D\uDCD8 PRE-ARRIVAL

  1. Communicate w/ PhD on timing of visit

  2. Validate all hardware is available to technician and sufficient spare stock

  3. Verify installer has the following paper documents – leave behind document, floorplan layout

 ARRIVAL

  1. Arrive on site

  2. Check in to site via Open Kitchen Install Mobile App

  3. Check in with MOD or gain access to location via security / lockbox (depending on customer preference)

  4. Walk location, identify install locations

  5. Verify access to electrical panels and rooftop (if required), inspect panels for safety concerns (water, traffic, stacked product / boxes, etc.)

If you are installing overnight, access will be one of the following:

  • Lockbox (code will be provided)

  • Lock-in (meet the MOD on site and upon close installer stays inside location)

  • Guarded (Security guard on site to provide access)

  • Sitesupervisor/GC – Please note name in notes
