Pulling Beef Sheets and Heat n Hold Reports (Video)

Step-by-step process:
Access the Open Kitchen system for Arby's restaurants.
If you have multiple locations assigned, you will be directed to the Spotlight page upon login.
If you have only one location, you will already be on that location upon login.
To navigate to a specific location:
Utilize the dropdown menu located in the top left corner labeled "All My Locations."
Enter the location number (e.g., 1075) into the dropdown menu.
Hover over the location to view a quick summary of the equipment at that location.
Click on the location if needed to proceed to the snapshot page.
Once the snapshot page loads, observe the various widgets providing information about the site's current status.
Look for the widget labeled "Reports" over the past few days.
Click on either the "Beef Sheet" or "Heat and Hold Log" option within the Reports widget.
Choose the date you want to export the report for.
Export the report.
A new tab will open displaying all the information from the report.
Save the report if desired.
Repeat the process for the "Heat and Hold Log" to obtain similar information in a tidy report format.
