Thermostat Plug & Play Replacement Guide 

 

We have identified that one or more thermostats at your store are not functioning properly.  Replace the Thermostat in 3 steps. 

 

STEP 1 – Verify 

Verify that your thermostats look like this and are branded as SiteSage. If you have a DIFFERENT type of thermostat, 🛑STOP🛑and enter a ticket in Service Channel under “Heating and Cooling” 

STEP 2 – Replace the Thermostat 

  • Scan the QR Code to the right for a step-by-step 

  • Grip the Thermostat from the bottom edge, pull up and towards you 

  • Place the NEW Thermostat on the backplate and gently press thermostat onto the backplate until you hear it click 

  • Verify that the thermostat screen lights up and returns to normal operation

STEP 3 – Notify SiteSage  

  • Scan the QR Code 

  • Complete the quick form
