In some parts of the world WiTemp cannot operate at the 915MHz frequency. Those countries require that WiTemp operate at 868MHz. Countries in that category are all of Europe, United Kingdom, Philippines, and Australia.

WiTemps are transmit only devices. They must be programmed in the factory for transmitting at either 915MHz or 868MHz.
