Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Open Kitchen administrators can set up the Two Factor Authentication security method to protect against security threats like phishing and social engineering, which exploit passwords. To set it up, go to the Admin -> Account -> Security tab to enable it for the account.
Once enabled, when users log in, they will be prompted to send a six-digit security code to their email or phone:
Once they log in with the security code, their IP address is recorded in the system. If the login IP address is different the next time when they log in, they will be prompted to send the security code to validate the login again.
