Key Metrics

This tab is most useful to examine parameters from your equipment that are recorded as totals. Open Kitchen helps you designate a date range to see how much those parameters have increased over that period of time. For example, seeing the lifetime number of products served in Current Readings might not be useful, but using Key Metrics to see how much that value increased over the past week may be something you’re interested in. Clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget will enable you to customize which values you’d like to see. Be sure to select Set as Default to have your settings display across all devices of the same model.
